A full refund applies when you contact us requesting to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.

If you request to cancel your appointment within 12 – 48 hours before your appointment, we will reschedule.

Your appointment will not be rescheduled or refunded if you do not attend your appointment, do not answer your phone for your phone reading, or do not join your Zoom, or FaceTime reading.

Melissa will wait for 10 minutes before considering you a ‘no show’. Refunds do not apply in this instance.

In-person readings with Melissa are held in her St. Kilda office, in Melbourne and her Bicton office, in Perth.

Readings are also available online via Zoom, FaceTime and by phone. Sessions are available in Australia, and internationally.

Online and phone sessions have the same level of accuracy as an in-person session. The only difference is that you will be in the comfort of your own home.
